Important: We do NOT provide playlists or any content (channels, movies, series, etc.). Smart AI IPTV PLAYER is only an IPTV player. The content you watch comes exclusively from the servers and playlists that you add yourself. If you do not have your own playlist, please do not purchase the app.

1. Service description

Smart AI IPTV PLAYER is an IPTV player application for Android devices (phones, tablets, TV Boxes) that supports formats such as Xtream Codes, Tiviio, M3U and Stalker. The app serves only as a technical tool for playing the content that you choose and add yourself.

We do not provide and do not distribute any playlist, channel, movie, series or stream. Any content is accessed directly from the third-party servers that you specify in the app.

2. Responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the content you watch and for the playlists you add.
Use the app only with content you are lawfully authorized to access (your own subscription with your provider, licensed content, etc.).
Using the app to access unlicensed or pirated content is prohibited. You are legally responsible before copyright owners.
We do not control, do not verify and are not responsible for the availability, quality or legality of your servers or playlists.
Playlists and server addresses are stored only to synchronize them between your own devices and are never disclosed to third parties.

3. Activation and license

Use of the app is activated through the Activate page:

Yearly or lifetime activation, either by payment (PayPal or Stripe) or by an activation code from an authorized reseller.
A trial period is available depending on the account configuration.
Each device is uniquely identified by a device ID. The license is tied to the device ID.
Activation may be limited or cancelled if you breach these terms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe. We never store your bank card details; those are handled by the payment provider.
Prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and may change with notice.
The license continues according to the plan you choose (yearly: renewable after 12 months; lifetime: one-time).
Refunds for activated and used licenses are refused, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to:

Sell, distribute, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app.
Use the app for illegal activities or infringe the rights of third parties.
Attempt to bypass licensing, activation or security measures.
Use the app for commercial purposes without written approval.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel your access, without prior notice, if we reasonably suspect you are breaching these terms. Blocked devices will not be re-activated.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will run without interruptions, errors or incompatibilities with all devices. The availability of content depends entirely on your servers and is not under our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart AI IPTV PLAYER and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the app, including loss of data or interruption of content provided by third parties.

9. Intellectual property

The app, the "Smart AI IPTV PLAYER" brand and all its elements (code, design, logos) are the property of Smart AI IPTV PLAYER and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights over these elements.

10. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the update date. Continuing to use the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be settled by the competent Albanian courts.

E rëndësishme: Ne nuk ofrojmë playlists apo ndonjë përmbajtje (kanale, filma, seriale, etj.). Smart AI IPTV PLAYER është vetëm një lojtar (player) IPTV. Përmbajtja që shikon vjen ekskluzivisht nga serverët dhe playlists që ti vetë shton në aplikacion. Nëse nuk disponon një playlist tënde, mos e blini aplikacionin.

1. Përshkrimi i shërbimit

Smart AI IPTV PLAYER është një aplikacion lojtar IPTV për pajisje Android (telefon, tablet, TV Box), që mbështet formate si Xtream Codes, Tiviio, M3U dhe Stalker. Aplikacioni shërben vetëm si mjet teknik për shfaqjen e përmbajtjeve që ju vetë zgjidhni dhe shtoni.

Ne nuk ofrojmë dhe nuk shpërndajmë asnjë playlist, kanal, film, serial apo transmetim. Çdo përmbajtje aksesohet drejtpërdrejt nga serverët e palëve të treta që ju specifikoni në aplikacion.

2. Përgjegjësia për përmbajtjen

Ju jeni përgjegjës i vetëm për përmbajtjen që shikoni dhe për playlists që shtoni.
Përdorni aplikacionin vetëm me përmbajtje për të cilën keni autorizim të ligjshëm (abonim me ofruesin tuaj, përmbajtje me licencë, etj.).
Ndalohet përdorimi i aplikacionit për akses në përmbajtje të palicencuar apo piratike. Ju jeni përgjegjës ligjërisht para pronarëve të të drejtave të autorit.
Ne nuk kontrollojmë, nuk vërtetojmë dhe nuk jemi përgjegjës për disponueshmërinë, cilësinë apo ligjshmërinë e serverëve apo playlists tuaja.
Playlists dhe adresat e serverëve ruhen vetëm me qëllim sinkronizimi ndërmjet pajisjeve tuaja dhe nuk u jepet kurrë palëve të treta.

3. Aktivizimi dhe licenca

Përdorimi i aplikacionit aktivizohet përmes qasjes në faqen Aktivizo:

Aktivizim njëvjeçar ose i përjetshëm, nëpërmes pagesës (PayPal ose Stripe) ose një kodi aktivizimi nga një reseller i autorizuar.
Periudhë prove (trial) e disponueshme sipas konfigurimit të llogarisë.
Çdo pajisje identifikohet në mënyrë unike përmes një ID pajisjeje. Licenca lidhet me ID-në e pajisjes.
Aktivizimi mund të kufizohet ose anulohet nëse shkel termat e kësaj marrëveshjeje.

4. Pagesat

Pagesat ndërmjetësohen nga PayPal ose Stripe. Ne nuk ruajmë të dhënat e kartës suaj bankare; ato trajtohen nga ofruesi i pagesës.
Çmimet paraqiten në Euro (EUR) dhe mund të ndryshohen me njoftim.
Licenca vijon sipas planit të zgjedhur (vjetor: rinovohet pas 12 muajsh; i përjetshëm: njëherësh).
Refuzohen rimbursimet për licencat e aktivizuara dhe të përdorura, përveçse kur kërkohet me ligj.

5. Përdorimi i pranueshëm

Ndalohet:

Shitja, shpërndarja, modifikimi, dekompilimi apo inxhinieria e kundërt e aplikacionit.
Përdorimi i aplikacionit për aktivitete të paligjshme ose shkelje e të drejtave të palëve të treta.
Përpjekje për të anashkaluar licencimin, aktivizimin ose masat e sigurisë.
Përdorimi i aplikacionit për qëllime tregtare pa miratim me shkrim.

6. Pezullimi dhe përjashtimi

Ne mund të pezullojmë ose anulojmë aksesin tuaj, pa njoftim paraprak, nëse dyshojmë me arsye se po shkelni këto terma. Pajisjet e bllokuara nuk aktivizohen përsëri.

7. Asnjë garanci

Shërbimi ofrohet "ashtu siç është", pa asnjë garanci, qoftë e shprehur apo e nënkuptuar. Ne nuk garantojmë që aplikacioni do të funksionojë pa ndërprerje, pa gabime apo i papajtueshëm me të gjitha pajisjet. Disponueshmëria e përmbajtjeve varet tërësisht nga serverët tuaj dhe nuk është në kontrollin tonë.

8. Kufizimi i përgjegjësisë

Në masën maksimale të lejuar nga ligji, Smart AI IPTV PLAYER dhe operatorët e tij nuk janë përgjegjës për dëme të drejtpërdrejta, të tërthorta, të rastësishme apo pasuese që lidhen me përdorimin ose pamundësinë e përdorimit të aplikacionit, përfshirë humbjen e të dhënave apo ndërprerjen e përmbajtjeve të ofruara nga palë të treta.

9. Pronësi intelektuale

Aplikacioni, marka "Smart AI IPTV PLAYER" dhe të gjithë elementet e tij (kodi, dizajn, logot) janë pronë e Smart AI IPTV PLAYER dhe/ose licencuesve të tij dhe mbrohen nga ligjet për të drejtën e autorit. Asgjë në këto terma nuk ju jep të drejta mbi këto elemente.

10. Privatësia

Përpunimi i të dhënave tuaja personale rregullohet nga Politika e Privatësisë, e cila është pjesë përbërëse e këtyre termave.

11. Ndryshimi i termave

Ne mund t'i përditësojmë këto terma herë pas here. Versioni aktual publikohet gjithmonë në këtë faqe me datën e përditësimit. Vazhdimi i përdorimit të aplikacionit pas publikimit të ndryshimeve përbën pranim të termave të reja.

12. Ligji në fuqi dhe juridiksioni

Këto terma rregullohen nga ligjet e Republikës së Shqipërisë. Çdo mosmarrëveshje që nuk zgjidhet me marrëveshje transparente do të gjykohet nga gjykatat kompetente shqiptare.
